The plenary of the meeting will take place in the Maple Hall Great Room of the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle, Washington. This is the building directly north of Henderson Hall, which is the primary building for UW’s Applied Physics Lab. There are also two adjacent break-out rooms.
There are several hotels in the University District (U-District) directly West of the UW campus. One example is the University Inn. There is no special rate arranged through the meeting or the UW. The greater Seattle Area offers many more options for lodging with convenient public transportation to UW. The UW campus and the meeting building are a short 5-minute walk from the U-District Light Rail stop. U-District also offers a beautiful variety of international cuisine along with pubs and breweries.
