Poster/Presentation Guidelines

Please find below a few guidelines for oral and poster presentations, along with connection info.

Oral Presentations:

Most oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes including Q&A and transition. Please plan your talk for no more than 10–12 minutes. Slides should be uploaded to the Dropbox link no later than the day before your presentation.

Posters:

The maximum poster size is 32" x 40" (81.28 cm x 101.6 cm). Posters can be printed on site at no cost, please send your PDF to Pete ([email protected]) by 4:00 PM PT on Thursday, May 14th.
