Please find below a few guidelines for oral and poster presentations, along with connection info.
Most oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes including Q&A and transition. Please plan your talk for no more than 10–12 minutes. Slides should be uploaded to the Dropbox link no later than the day before your presentation.
The maximum poster size is 38" x 80" (96 cm x 203 cm). Posters can be printed on site at no cost, please send your PDF to Pete ([email protected]) by 4:00 PM PT on Thursday, May 14th.
